Please help

Dear all,

I bought my Saeco Incanto Friday and have enjoyed two days with fine espresso ---- BUT now the machine pours out a lot of water internally instead of through the tap. I have tried to clean the brewing unit, the filter etc. but without any success. Can someone help me???

Dear Arne,
I fear one of the tubes is out of fitting or is damaged. You must take a look inside your Incanto for more details! (But think about warranty before opening - if there is still warranty back to dealer!)
