Please excuse my English , I have tried the English Forums coffeegeek, coffeeforums etc and I have not received any response to my problem on them. From browsing this forum with babelfish it seems that you guys are much more knowledgeable and I hope that you might be able to help me.
I have an Incanto Sirius that is locked in the "Ventilate" and "Hot water Ventilate" cycle. The pump is working and it pumps hot water through the wand. I have run a decalc cycle (several time) and have checked that the "Support valve" appears to be working correctly.
If anybody has any further suggestions as to what I could try to sort this out they would be greatly appreciated.
